AMENDMENTS to Taxpayers Bill Of Rights were signed by Governor. Agents and property appraisers requested a veto.

CASES pending before The Florida Supreme Court include taxpayers litigation against use of "special assessments". In the meantime, the Governor signed a bill, expanding use of "special assessments". www.floridapropertytaxappeals.com/index.htm

The Court also has pending cases opposing inclusion of "sales tax" costs in valuations of tangible personal property.
