by the largest privately owned national real estate investment
and brokerage company.
EXPERIENCE:
Since
entering the profession in 1981, Mrs. Anderson's experience
covers a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
for land, commercial development sites, investment real estate
including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and
warehouses, restaurants, and mixed use properties. She writes
a monthly column about Florida property taxes for a statewide
magazine, and handles ad valorem Value Adjustment Board administrative
appeals throughout Florida.
